DA VINCI’S INQUEST DELIVERS 2.0 AA% RATING
AND +5% WEEK-TO-WEEK GROWTH

Los Angeles, CA — March 13, 2006 — Rolling off the February book, critically acclaimed crime drama Da Vinci’s Inquest has matched its season-to-date high yet again, delivering a 2.0 HH AA% up +5% week-to-week, according to the latest Nielsen data.

The syndicated series’ U.S. distributor, Program Partners, also announced the crime drama has steadily increased its ratings the last three weeks and has delivered its best performance in the past 10 weeks in New York, best in 5 weeks in LA, best in 6 weeks in Chicago and best in 14 weeks in Atlanta. Additionally, the series continues to deliver big numbers, ranking #1 in its time period in metered markets including; Washington DC, Atlanta, Seattle, Minneapolis, Miami, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Indianapolis, Charlotte, Columbus, San Antonio, Norfolk, Albuquerque, Tulsa and Fort Meyers.

Produced by Haddock Entertainment and Barna-Alper Productions, Da Vinci’s Inquest is an award-winning prime-time procedural drama in the mold of the CSI and Law and Order franchises and is one of the most honored series in the history of Canadian television. Dominic Da Vinci (Nicholas Campbell) is the controversial coroner who—with the help of a compelling ensemble cast of forensic investigators, pathologists and homicide detectives—“speaks for the dead to protect the living.”

Program Partners also recently announced the debut of two new off-net procedural dramas, Cold Squad and Stone Undercover, as part of the company’s new Crime Watch initiative. Program Partners is marketing the series’ as an outgrowth of its worldwide distribution agreement with Thunderbird Films.
