DA VINCI’S INQUEST CONTINUES ITS RATINGS SUCCESS WITH SEASON-TO-DATE HIGH

Syndicated Procedural Drama Earns Another 2.0 AA%, Up 43% from Debut

Los Angeles, CA — February 6, 2006 — According to the latest Nielsen data, critically acclaimed Da Vinci’s Inquest has earned a 2.0 AA%, yet again matching its season-to-date ratings high and keeping the momentum going as sweeps approach. The week’s boost brings the hit procedural drama up 43% from its September debut with an 11% increase week-to-week. Da Vinci’s Inquest’s U.S. distributor, Program Partners, has also announced that the syndicated series continues to rank #1 in its time period in multiple metered markets including: Chicago, Houston, Minneapolis, Sacramento, Charlotte and Hartford, among others.

“The continued high-ratings performance of Da Vinci’s Inquest clearly demonstrates the legs that procedural dramas have in this market today,” said Josh Raphaelson of Program Partners.

Produced by Haddock Entertainment and Barna-Alper Productions, Da Vinci’s Inquest is an award-winning prime-time procedural drama in the mold of the CSI and Law and Order franchises and is one of the most honored series in the history of Canadian television. Dominic Da Vinci (Nicholas Campbell) is the controversial coroner who—with the help of a compelling ensemble cast of forensic investigators, pathologists and homicide detectives—“speaks for the dead to protect the living.”

Program Partners is marketing Da Vinci’s Inquest as an outgrowth of its worldwide distribution agreement with Thunderbird Films.
